    The data controller is GUMOTIV Sp. z o.o., ul. Inwestorów 11, 39-300 Mielec, Poland.

    Personal data are processed solely for the purpose of conducting the ongoing recruitment process, on the legal basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Applications are submitted by e-mail to praca@gumotiv.pl. The data will be used for recruitment purposes for a period of up to 6 months from the date of receipt. After this period, the data may be retained only to the extent necessary for archival purposes or to secure potential claims, in accordance with applicable law.

    You have the right to access your data, rectify them, delete them, restrict their processing, withdraw your consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
