A flat gasket, also known as a flat seal, is one of the most practical solutions used for watertight static connections. Simple design, functionality and ease of installation are the main advantages of this sealing system.

Gaskets are manufactured using three different technologies: injection moulding, cutting from prefabricated sleeves and die-cutting from gasket sheets. Depending on the technical and dimensional requirements as well as the production volume, we will recommend the most suitable solution.

When submitting a request for quotation, please specify the outer diameter, inner diameter and gasket thickness. The remaining information listed below in the specification is also required.

The presented flat gaskets can be manufactured from both rubber and silicone compounds.
