Rubber Sealing Solutions for Corrugated Pipes

Corrugated pipe seals manufactured by GUMOTIV are based on custom designs developed specifically for the pipe systems used by our customers.

Based on the dimensions of the pipes and socket connections provided by the customer, our engineering department will propose the appropriate seal profile and manufacturing technology. Prototype production and functional testing are carried out before the project is launched into production.

We manufacture seals from EPDM-based rubber compounds in hardness classes of 40, 50 and 60 IRHD, in accordance with the EN 681-1 WCL standard and the KIWA KOMO BRL 2013 certification requirements.

We offer injection-moulded seals for corrugated pipes up to 1000 mm in diameter. Larger diameters are produced by vulcanizing extruded rubber profiles.

For the purpose of selecting the cross section and diameter of the seal, please send us the dimensions of the pipe bell and corrugation in DWG format or the basic dimensions based on the above drawing (dimensions D1, D2, D3) including the tolerance chain.
