INSITU Seals (IS)

IN-SITU seals are specialized rubber wall seals installed directly into precast concrete components. This solution enables watertight pipe penetrations in water and sewer infrastructure elements during the production or installation of precast tanks and manholes.

Rubber Wall Seals for Precast Concrete Structures

IN-SITU seals are used to connect inlet pipes to concrete tanks and manholes. A large number of sealing ribs combined with a robust design ensures a watertight connection, even when the pipe is installed at an angle.

The seals are designed for preformed or drilled openings manufactured in accordance with our specification. Standard seals are produced from SBR and EPDM-based rubber compounds compliant with EN 681-1 WCL, providing excellent resistance to ozone and ageing.
