Rubber Telescopic Sleeves for Sewer Manholes
Rubber telescopic sleeves provide a watertight, movable connection between a smooth or corrugated riser pipe extending from the chamber base and a smooth-walled telescopic pipe terminating with a manhole cover.
The purpose of the telescopic sleeve is to compensate for stresses caused by changes in the position of the inspection chamber relative to the straight-through or multi-inlet chamber base as a result of climatic conditions, natural ground movement and road traffic loads.
The sleeves are manufactured from SBR-based rubber compounds with a standard hardness of 60 IRHD.
