Laboratory Facilities Ensuring a Stable Manufacturing Process
Our laboratory is equipped with more than 50 high-precision testing and measuring instruments, all of which are regularly calibrated by external laboratories accredited by PCA (Polish Centre for Accreditation). Hundreds of inspections and tests carried out each week as part of routine production quality control contribute to process stability and minimise non-conforming products. Advanced IT systems provide full traceability throughout the entire manufacturing process, from incoming raw materials to the shipment of finished products.
Tensile strength, elongation at break, hardness, compression set, heat ageing, rebound resilience, abrasion resistance, tear strength, dielectric properties, rheological behaviour, volume change in water and oils, and resistance to detergents are just some of the many tests performed on our rubber compounds and finished products to ensure they meet the highest customer requirements.
